Responsibilties:
Responsible for the sampling process
Monitor and control the merchandising flow
Working closely with suppliers/vendors to ensure-swift response and timely resolution of any issues
Liaise with suppliers on shipment schedules, process shipping documents
Create and manage purchase orders and invoices
Manage all import and export matter
Conduct market competition research and market price analysis
Conduct factory inspections and ensure product quality when required
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
1 year of merchandising and purchasing experience
Dynamic, highly self-motivated, meticulous, working independently with minimum supervision
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in both written & spoken English and mandarin in order to liaise with mandarin speaking client
