The Sales Performance Enablement (SPE) Business Partner – Account Management supports and enables Account Managers (AMs) and leaders by providing data insights to drive growth, and ensuring that tools and processes which support AMs are optimized.

Role summary:

The role will be accountable for managing the operating rhythm and deliverables for AM leadership teams, ensuring that the team is well positioned to achieve against strategic plans and objectives. You will lead the business by bringing data driven insights which deliver growth and anticipate risks. What you'll be doing:

The Senior Team Manager, Business Development Representatives is an individual responsible for leading and developing a team of ~25 BDR's tasked with generating qualified revenue opportunities. They work with team members tasked with both “inbound” (i.e. sales inquiries from marketing campaigns, telephone calls, Web inquiries, etc.) and “outbound” (i.e. calling/emailing campaigns that originate with the team) activity.

Position Summary

This is a newly created senior leadership position combing two sales teams to benefit from synergies across a wider geographical area and to be more closely aligned with the APAC Sales and Account Management organizational structure. The role will be responsible for managing a team of sales specialists to achieve and beat the regional sales target. The targets span several channels from Key Strategic Accounts to the long tail of LSEG Customer Connect so the leader will need to manage various stakeholders and represent each business channel with a target-hitting plan.

The product suite includes Real Time data, infrastructure and pricing and reference services aimed at the middle and back office. As a subject matter expert in Wealth Management Workflows & sales activities, you will work with Account Managers and other internal partners focusing on all sales (new, cross-sells, up-sells) for the Wealth proposition in ASEAN with both existing and new customers. You will lead on deals aligned to the Wealth proposition and serve accounts within the ASEAN market. The role works in close partnership with internal partners to proactively drive gross sales and revenue.
