Job Description

This role is responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s B2B online presence to drive sales and improve customer experience. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of B2B eCommerce site, implementing digital marketing strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meets business objectives.

Specific duties will include (but not limited to)

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce sales channel, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
• Manage and drive activities on popular eCommerce platforms such as Lazada/RedMart, Shopee, FairPrice Marketplace, Amazon, Pandamart, GrabMart, etc...
• Monitor and analyse platform’s sales performance to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on data analysis.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability for order fulfilment, including processing returns and exchanges.
• Stay updated on eCommerce trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify customer needs, preferences, and new opportunities.
• Update and maintain the company website and social media.
• Analyze and prepare sales data and statisticsfor internal and external business review. (regular business reviews with key customers)
• Build and maintain good relationships and communication with internal and external customers.
• Perform any tasks and projects which may be assigned by the GM from time to time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Reporting to Foodservice Manager (HORECA/Foodstalls/Caterers)

· Attend to customers’ enquiry and develop new and potential customers.

· Establishing and maintaining long term relationships with existing and new customers

· Manage customers’ payment collection.

· Monitoring and feedback on market trends to improve sales

· Work closely with Purchasing Team to ensure that stock is readily available for customers

· Generation and reporting of weekly sales reports to the Foodservice Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum ‘O’ Level/Diploma and at least 5 years’ experience in related field.

· Candidates with FMCG (baking ingredients) background would be an advantage.

· Ability to handle mandarin and dialect speaking customers

· Independent, resourceful and dynamic. A good team player and able to work in fast pace environment.

· Motivated and hardworking

· Computer and IT literate

· Possess class 3 license and own car.
