Sales Executive

Salary: $2,800 - $4200 + Commission

Working hours: Mon – Thur (08:30 to 18:00), Fri (08:30 to 17:30), Alternate Sat (08:30 to 12:00)

Working location: Hillview

This role is required to work with the Repair and Maintenance division of the company. The successful candidate will work directly under the Manager of the division and assist in generating profitable new business for the company, assist with proposals and tenders for incoming enquiries as well as aid the Manager in the day to day running of the operation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing proposals and quotations for incoming enquiries
• Follow up on submitted proposals and work closely with the Manager to foster strong relationships with customers
• Prepare information and assist the Manager with tender submissions
• Provide input and assist with new digital and traditional marketing campaign
• Develop an appropriate network of industry contacts and reach out with direct marketing tools
• Understand the market and find new avenues to generate business to hit department targets
• Find new avenues of growth through long-term service contracts to augment ad-hoc business.
• Liaise with manufacturers of products to study problems, troubleshoot technical questions and relay information back to Manager
• Represent client at trade exhibitions and events as required
• Accompany the Manager for client meetings as needed.

Requirements

• With 5 years relevant sales experience
• Class 3A/2B License

• Support the organization of key office events
• Create content for both internal and external platforms, including articles, posts, videos, and photos

• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Friday (9 am – 5 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Create business from new and existing customer accounts.
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
• Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
• Develop new business opportunities with potential customers.
• Manage existing customers by increasing trade volume.
• Cold call and visit potential customers to provide quotations and proposals.
• Respond to all sales-related inquiries promptly and appropriately.
• Maintain and file customer tariffs and quotations.
• Produce weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Work closely with the operations, sales, and accounts teams for billing and payment follow-up.

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
