Your Role

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to assist in general administrative and coordination duties.

What Will You Do

• To perform general administrative duties.
• To do order taking, key in invoice, email SOA.
• To coordinate with sales and logistics.
• To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

What Do We Want

• At least an O Level or equivalent.
• Have knowledge in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• To support the Sales Operations on Customer's inquiries and order processing
• To provide dedicated Customer Service such as following up after sales is concluded
• To support the Sales Engineers on daily operations to meet Customer's requirements
• To communicate and coordinate internally and externally on all sales and marketing activities
• Generate quotations and process sales orders

Requirements:

• Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
• Good initiative, ability to work independently & able to take instructions efficiently.
• Good team-player & interpersonal skills.
• Good written and communication in English
