The Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager (Corporate Sales) is responsible to implement and execute all sales activities to maximize revenue opportunities for the Hotel in both the corporate and MICE segment. He/she conducts all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives.

Our Expectations:

• Supervise the management of key accounts and closely monitor accounts' revenue and business production.
• Conduct quarterly account reviews to identify opportunities and revenue generation from the specific accounts. Seek in-depth knowledge of owned accounts to understand its total revenue impact on the hotel for better negotiation opportunities.
• Conduct sales blitzes and tele-sales to develop new businesses.
• Follow-up on calls with the Catering Sales and Event Services Team to gather feedback and solicit new or repeat business.
• Keep abreast of the current and future competitor’s products, pricing and sales programs and deploys resources to efficiently optimize REVPAR and achieve/maintain the leading market position.
• Support and execute group or hotel-wide sales initiatives/promotions, proactively seeking in-depth knowledge of accounts owned to understand its total revenue impact on the hotel for better negotiation opportunities.
• Execute and support the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence).
• Understand the property’s primary target customer and service expectations; serve customer by understanding their business, business issues and concerns to offer better business solution both prior to, and during the event.
• Monitor the effective resolution of guest issues that arise as a result of the sales process by creating mechanisms to channel issues to property leadership and/or other appropriate stakeholders.

We are looking for a self-motivated 'hunter' with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong business acumen. You should have an eye for detail yet be creative and nimble, with the ability to adapt to the ever-changing requirements and needs of customers. The Role

You will support the Investor Relations and Sustainability department in managing communication between the company’s corporate management and the investors, with a greater focus on sustainability.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the conceptualisation, development and production of the Annual Report and Sustainability Report.
• Assist in the monitoring and reporting of the organisation’s sustainability performance to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Engage with ESG analysts and rating agencies and provide relevant disclosures.
• Assist in the production of investor relations materials such as press releases, announcements, presentations, and website contents.

Job Requirements

• Degree in the areas of sustainability, communications, business or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• You should have excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in both English and Chinese to produce materials in both languages in support of investor relations activities, and to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking and English-speaking investors.
• Possess excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Familiarity with the real estate industry and/or knowledge of sustainability/finance/accounting will be advantageous.
• Resourceful, analytical, meticulous, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Required to take the CMFAS licence.
