Position: Part-Time Marketing Assistant and Studio Admin
Location: City Hall, Singapore
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement offline marketing and communication strategies to promote our studio and its offerings.
Manage studio administrative tasks, including scheduling, bookings, customer service, and inventory management.
Handle front desk duties, including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Assist in planning and organizing events, workshops, and promotional activities.
Support social media and digital marketing initiatives as needed.
Collaborate with the team to maintain a welcoming and professional studio environment.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in offline marketing, communication marketing, or a related field.
Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working at the studio counter and interacting with clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Working Hours:
4 days a week
Morning shift: 9 AM - 2 PM or Evening shift: 5 PM - 9 PM
Salary:
Fixed salary of $1,600 per month
