Job Description:

· To assist Safety Manager on all safety, health, environmental, and welfare matters, to ensure the Project complies with its statutory obligations and safety requirements.

· To ensure the implementation and monitoring of appropriate safety measures in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act.

· To assist Safety Manager in liaising and co-ordinate with stakeholders, and other Consultants employed by Developer.

· To attend Main contractor’s daily toolbox briefings, conduct regular site safety inspections, and prepare report of observation and follow up on the rectification.

· To highlight areas where training/certification is required to meet the standards imposed by Legislation, Approved Codes of Practice, or H.S.E. guidance.

· To familiarize with the risks and control measures related to each work activity.

· To carry out investigations into all accidents and near-miss incidents and to record the findings on the relevant forms.

Requirement:

· At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction industry preferably 2 years with developer/main contractor

· Must be a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM and have been practicing as WSHO for at least 3years in Experience

· Has developed a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent

· Good communication skills and team player

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and prepare individual/corporate KYC/CDD (liaise with customers/correspondent banks to obtain documentations), and check new account application forms to ensure it complies with the local Authority regulations, especially the KYC requirements.
• Review and release remittance transactions in the system and to request for supporting to verify legitimacy of transactions for true match on names/high risk hits.
• Perform post-transactions analysis and investigate abnormalities in the transaction patterns using Oracle System (Post Transaction Monitoring)
• Reporting of Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) accordingly to local authorities for all suspicious transactions.
• Prepares monthly-consolidated reports for the KYC/Compliance department.
• Any ad hoc jobs as assigned by Compliance Manager

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Banking / Finance or related field

- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in corporate KYC

Responsibilities :

• Communicate with clients effectively via emails, phone calls or other communication channels to resolve their issues

• Attend to all sales enquiries from customers and work closely with the operational team to coordinate on delivering the orders

• Ensure the availability of stock for sale

• Negotiate/close deals and handle any customers feedbacks
