Roles & Responsibilities

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by accounts.

- Identifying and converting new potential accounts for the business.

- Identifying further opportunities for existing clients and proposing new menus working with in-house R&D team closely.

- Communication with clients.

- Managing and preparing sales support materials and samples (when necessary).

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

- Reports directly to Head sales.

- Responsible for inventory management working with production team.

Job Requirements:

1. Friendly and enjoys meeting people.

2. Preferably with experience in F&B sector.

3. Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.

4. Staff Meal will be provided

5 Days Week : Monday-Friday, 8.30am-6.00pm

Job Scopes

Duties :

1. Prepare and give pre-sales technical assistance and after sales support to customers

2. Communicate with the team to understand customer demands and offer sales support where necessary

3. Secure orders, ensure product standards and timely fulfilment of orders

4. Establish customer rapport and acceptance

5. Help customer to solve problems with product usage

6. Recommend new and improved products to customers and explain how product will be more cost effective

7. generate Sales leads, cold call, follow up with customer enquiries

Requirements :

1. Reliable technical background

2. Ability to work with others as a team

3. Ability to build customer relationships easily

4. Analytical ability and great problem-solving skills

5. Presentation skills and ability to convey product value

6. Self-confidence to support persuasion and sales efforts

7. Possess drive and self motivated

8. Diploma/ITE in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical Engineering)

9. 1-2 years experience through fresh graduate are welcome

10. Fluent in English and Mandarin
