Job Summary

We are seeking for an Accounts and Admin Clerk, able to work on weekend(s), public holiday (s) to join our operational team. The Accounts and Admin Clerk will be responsible for performing accounts payable and receivable operations, including data entry, reconciliation and managing financial reports and support front office when necessary.

Responsibilities for Accounting:

• Data entry into accounting system and handling filing tasks.
• Verify all receipts and purchase invoices.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
• Assist in preparing quarterly and annual financial reports.

Responsibilities for Administration:

• Support front office operational tasks such as customer enquiries and sales services when necessary.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Qualifications

• Education: Min GCE "O" level / LCCI or equivalent.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel/Word, Chinese language input and MS-Business Central.
• Communication: Proficiency in Chinese language is a must, strong Chinese speaking and written communication skills.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.

Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role such as Accounts Clerk or Bookkeeper.
• Previous experience in handling accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with data entry best practices and maintaining organized financial records.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by accounts.

- Identifying and converting new potential accounts for the business.

- Identifying further opportunities for existing clients and proposing new menus working with in-house R&D team closely.

- Communication with clients.

- Managing and preparing sales support materials and samples (when necessary).

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

- Reports directly to Head sales.

- Responsible for inventory management working with production team.

Job Requirements:

1. Friendly and enjoys meeting people.

2. Preferably with experience in F&B sector.

3. Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Job Description:

Job Scopes

Duties :

1. Prepare and give pre-sales technical assistance and after sales support to customers

2. Communicate with the team to understand customer demands and offer sales support where necessary

3. Secure orders, ensure product standards and timely fulfilment of orders

4. Establish customer rapport and acceptance

5. Help customer to solve problems with product usage

6. Recommend new and improved products to customers and explain how product will be more cost effective

7. generate Sales leads, cold call, follow up with customer enquiries
