You will be an experienced corporate secretarial manager managing a team of corporate secretaries. In addition to corporate secretarial duties you will be handling a portfolio of clients, maintaining relationships with key contacts, reviewing fee structures and oversee credit controls for debt collection and prepare budgets and forecasts for the team.

about the manager/team
You will be mentoring a team of corporate secretaries and report to a director. You will be grooming, training and coaching a number of junior and corporate secretaries within your team.

skills and experience required
You should have at least 6 years of corporate secretarial experiences particularly in corporate solutions provider firms. ICSA/CSIS or its equivalent chartered secretarial qualifications are essential. You should be familiar with SGX announcements. Prior team management experience is an advantage.

Our Client, a Prestigious Services firm is seeking to recruit Corporate Secretarial Executive / Senior Executive

Location: Central Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Handling a portfolio of companies (includes private and public limited companies)
• Preparing of resolutions and minutes of directors and shareholders, and attending to any relevant follow up
• Timely lodgement of documents with ACRA, preparing/maintaining statutory records and computerized client database
• Providing client support through phone and email correspondence
• Complying with the clients’ standard operating procedures
• Performing any other ad-hoc assignments as may be assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma
• ICSA Qualified or Professional certificate in chartered secretary will be an added advantage.
• At least 3 to 5 years of Corporate Secretarial experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in both Mandarin and English.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities

• Align the Asia Securities Operations team members to the Operations and Company goals and vision
• Point of contact for Asian clients and relevant stakeholders on all Corporate Actions queries, concerns and issues
