The Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager for the APAC region is a newly created role to help us define, execute, measure and refine a compelling top of the funnel revenue strategy for Visa Cross-Border Solutions, inclusive of Currencycloud brand. You will lead a team of 3 Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s) responsible for filling the pipeline with qualified leads that turn into revenue. Primary Function:

The individual will act as a bridge and force multiplier amongst Asia country product portfolio marketers, Corporate Portfolio Marketing and HQ Multiport/Single port BU (business unit) product management teams for management and marketing of systems, instruments, and accessories within Multi Port and Single Port robotic platforms. THE ROLE

The incumbent's main responsible in leading successful marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.

This role will be working closely with merchandising team, ops team and area managers to ensure seamless & efficient communications as well as support operational needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing

• Build, lead and set priorities/ direction for the Marketing Communication Division
• Review company's brand positioning to strengthen brand presence and customer's relationship
• Monitor store outlets and competitor's presence to improve company's marketing performance
• Strategize and execute annual marketing strategy, budget and deliverables
• Manage Advertising and Promotions calendar and day to day in-house production activities.
• Provide art direction, copy-write and proof read all marketing collateral
• Manage and integrate marketing mix, above and below-the-line advertising and promotions
• Digital marketing and social media management
• Render support to Sales and Operations Department to generate ROI
• Ensure corporate identity guidelines of the brand across all areas of marketing communications are adhered to
• Establish and liaise with external vendors: suppliers, contractors, partners, advertising, media buying and event agencies
• Generate marketing reports for management to review
• Other Ad-Hoc duties assigned by Management

Sales

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the overarching business objectives
• Oversee the strategizing, execution, and refinement of digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
• Set direction, review progress and making mid-course corrections

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/International Marketing
• Min 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in managerial level Hands-on e-commerce and digital marketing experience
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a team player, and able to multitask.
• Well verse in strategic planning, managing, and executing marketing projects or campaigns

Key Responsibilities

• Increase corporate client base through consistent solicitations while establishing trust and rapport with clients to generate and boost revenues for the hotels
• Identify new markets segments and business opportunities, and pro-actively gather market and customer information
• Review own sales performance and negotiate terms and agreements, and work towards closing sales.
• Utilise various forms of communication such as email, phone or online social media to develop relationships with clients.
• Develop relationship with guests/customers and ensure quality service delivered in accordance to company's standards.
• Prepare weekly sales report and assist in annual sales budget for management approval.
• Co-ordinate with internal customers in meeting external customers’ requirements.
• Follow-up with clients' on proposal, contracts, reservation, payment, etc.
