Job Summary

As a Digital Marketing Executive at Verz Design, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and coordinating optimization of SEO campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients and our company. Your primary focus will be on improving organic search rankings, increasing website traffic, and enhancing the overall online visibility of our clients and the company. This role is client-facing and requires strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with SEO specialists to conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities and trends in client industries.
• Coordinate with SEO specialists to perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization to improve website rankings and user experience.
• Coordinate with SEO specialists to develop, implement, and manage effective link-building strategies.
• Coordinate with SEO specialists to create and execute content optimization plans to enhance SEO performance.
• Communicate directly with clients, providing updates, recommendations, and addressing their SEO-related questions and concerns.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including seo specialists, content writers, web developers, and designers, to execute SEO strategies and ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients, outlining progress, results, and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices and share insights with both the team and clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of improving organic search performance.
• Familiarity with SEO tools and software (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support sales in sales activities as a point of contact for customers with inquiries and quotations
• Miscellaneous administrative sales projects as needed.
• Efficiently process orders and coordinate projects
• Responsible for inventory management (including stocktaking) to ensure smooth & consistent goods delivery.
• Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that projects are managed promptly.
• Collaborate with sales staffs in daily operation

Job requirement :

• Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
• Hands on experience with Photoshop and MS Office (MS Excel)
• Pleasant personality with strong written & verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational &multitasking skills, ability to work under deadlines.
