This role involves working closely with consultants and subcontractors to ensure all M&E and plumbing works align with project specifications, drawings, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination of Drawings: Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical (M&E), Sanitary, and Plumbing drawings with consultants and subcontractors, ensuring alignment across all project stakeholders.
• Drafting Expertise: Prepare and draft M&E, Sanitary, and Plumbing drawings as required, maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all M&E, Plumbing, and Sanitary works are executed according to approved specifications, standards, and drawings, maintaining Sunpeak’s commitment to quality.
• Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with Licensed Electrical Workers (LEW) and other relevant authorities to ensure compliance with Singapore regulations and standards for M&E, Sanitary, and Plumbing works.

• Language Proficiency: Strong command of English for effective communication with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of M&E, Sanitary, and Plumbing regulations and work procedures in Singapore.
