Job Description:
The overall essence of the Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and implementing effective brand-building strategies for the company.
Brainstorm ideas to meet sales and marketing objectives, help execute plans and report on campaign results. In this role, you should be creative and results oriented. Dynamic skills are essential to this job. Your goal will be to increase sales and brand awareness through effective marketing plans and campaigns.
- Assist in developing an omni-channel plan for a seamless O2O shopping experience
- Execute the brands' annual marketing plans which includes brand management, promotion, and retail events to drive awareness
- Skilled in public relations activities including but not limited to networking with key KOL and medias, developing press kits & releases and hosting events
- Plan and implement events in-stores to drive consumer footfall, traffic, and engagement
- Plan the CRM strategy to grow and retain members in loyalty program
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses for projects and events
- Conceive and optimize marketing campaigns on strategic touch points for all seasonal campaigns and product launches with emphasis on the brand story
- Maintain relationships with shopping malls, to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
- Update and upload monthly promo and instore activities to all malls in SG
- Garner campaign publicity via malls communication i.e. social posting, DOOH, Website etc.
- Develop new marketing initiatives across online & offline, events or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with target audience
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to conduct brand activities e.g. agencies, regional marketing team, senior management, corporate, vendor and floor staff
- Liaise with regional marketing team, senior management, corporate and suppliers as required
- Manage A&P planning to ensure optimum ROI and meeting the company's objectives
- Collaborate with VM ensuring the implementation of visual merchandising for the store adhere to global guidelines on new launches, seasonal change
- Brief and communicate with store team to update on VM & promotions, events, and retail activities on monthly basis
- Any other reasonable tasks requested by your manager
Job Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
- Basic knowledge of marketing concepts & principles
- Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervisory
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful and hungry for growth
