Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning:
  Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support business goals and objectives. This includes both short-term and long-term strategies across multiple channels.
• Campaign Management:
  Lead the creation, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns from inception to completion. Ensure all campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and company vision.
• Market Research & Analysis:
  Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. Analyze market data and adjust strategies to ensure optimal performance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  Collaborate with internal teams (creative, sales, digital, product, and customer support) to ensure marketing campaigns are integrated and effective.
• Budget Management:
  Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and optimal ROI on campaigns and activities.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting:
  Monitor and measure the performance of marketing activities, using KPIs and metrics to evaluate success and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Brand Positioning:
  Help to develop and maintain a strong brand presence in the market. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
• Digital & Traditional Marketing Channels:
  Oversee and optimize the use of both digital (social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, etc.) and traditional marketing methods (print, events, partnerships, etc.).
• Customer Engagement:
  Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty through personalized marketing tactics and campaigns.
• Trend Monitoring:
  Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices, integrating these insights into strategies.

Your responsibilities:

• Support the entire event lifecycle, from initial planning to final execution, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
• Manage event sign-ups across various platforms.
• Facilitate seamless communication between clients, suppliers, and our internal team to ensure a smooth planning process.
• Provide administrative support, such as document preparation and RSVP management, while contributing creative ideas to enhance our events.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in event planning and platform management is a plus.
• A diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during peak event seasons.
