Role
Assists and supports the sales team by coordinating and facilitating sales activities, ensuing the smooth functioning of sales operations, and providing excellent customer service. This includes, but is not limited to scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, proposals and raising purchase order.
Job Scope
- Answering of phone call and message recording during the absence of Sales personnel.
- Coordinate and assist with sales activities, including sales queries, correspondence, order processing, pricing, product availability, purchase orders, warranty tracking.
- Support the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations to customers and notifying delivery schedule details & consignment updating.
- Raising Purchase Order and coordinate with partners/suppliers on delivery schedules, samples request, shipment tracking and relevant documentation issuance.
- Stock receiving and item quantity confirmation (when stock arrives).
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as system setup, logistics and finance to ensure smooth order processing and delivery to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with sales and marketing initiatives, including trade shows, promotional events and product launches.
- Collaborate with Technical team to ensure accurate and detailed product information is provided to clients
- Work closely with Finance team in outstanding payment follow up.
- Timely filing of documentations.
- Ensure an efficient tracking system of all paperwork.
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of IT products, services and solutions.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT industry or related technology sectors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Words, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Bilingual, strong command of English and spoken mandarin.
- Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive working attitude and willing to learn and take up new tasks as and when assigned.
- Meticulous and detailed.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Good time management, resourceful and result oriented.
- Be well-organized skill and persistence in completing tasks on time.
- Be practical and realistic: Responds quickly to customers and demonstrates efficiency.

- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
- Sales negotiation experience would be advantageous.
