Additionally, you will work to improve the overall team performance to ensure that the level of service expected from the MKI Group is delivered to customers. Beyond executing sales activities, you will also lead the growth of the entire department and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.
4) You will formulate demand forecasts and sales strategies based on customer information and market trends while maintaining close communication with suppliers. Additionally, you will ensure timely and accurate reporting of actual sales performance and market conditions to headquarters, including our group companies in Japan (a publicly listed company), ensuring thorough information sharing.
5) You will be responsible for handling cross-border import and export operations of products (mainly imports from Japan and exports to Southeast Asia), leading this process as the operational representative with a full understanding of each country’s trade regulations. You will oversee the entire import/export process to ensure compliance with regulations and to facilitate smooth transactions.
6) In addition to semiconductor-related products, you will also manage the sales of our existing product portfolio (including maintenance services, base stations, switches, servers, Wi-Fi, etc.) as a Sales Manager, overseeing all sales activities. By understanding the characteristics of each product and formulating and executing optimal sales strategies, you will contribute to the growth and expansion of our business.
