You’ll make an impact by

• Have and further develop an in-depth understanding of the local Data Centre industry, including local market dynamics, operational needs and constraints, regulatory nuances, and competitive landscape.
• Lead a team and adhere and participate in sales activities including pre-bid reviews, risk management, bid preparation and ensure proper sales-to-project hand over of secured orders
• Hold responsibility for meeting sales order and revenue, based on the assigned team targets
• Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, amidst intricate organizational hierarchies and become a trusted advisor for our customers and stakeholders in the Data Centre industry
• Understand customer’s business processes, drivers and develop strategic account plan to support the digital transformation journey of the account.
• Growing Share of Wallet: Expand existing and new customer relationships by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our solutions and services business
• Articulate Siemens value propositions within the Data Center space, that resonates with diverse stakeholders with an added focus on digitalization and sustainability
• Adopt and leverage internal sales tools to maximize sales effectiveness, provide accurate sales forecasting and enable data driven decision making
• Engage in industry association working groups, to develop domain expertise and represent Siemens as a thought leader in the industry.
• Work closely with relevant internal stakeholders, including Finance and Operations.

You excel in

• More than 5 years of sales experience in any building services, specializing in Data Centre
• Granular understanding of the design and operational requirements of Data Centres, including industry standards, IT/OT integration concepts, etc
• Strong relationship with various stake holders including developers, consultants, builders, facilities managers and general/specialist contractors.
• Possess a Degree in Business / Engineering or equivalent
• Appreciates collaboration and ability to communicate effectively in cross-collaboration opportunities

Job Scope:

Creative and skilled Communications and Design Lead for a period of 7 months from Jan to Jul 2025. This role will be responsible for designing and managing our visual communications, social media presence, and event publicity, focusing on the Singapore Youth Festival (SYF).

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

• Create visually appealing event collaterals using our SYF graphics and brand guidelines
• Design promotional materials for various SYF platforms (Arts Presentation, Art Exhibition, Celebrations), including print and digital media

1. Social Media Management
   • Manage and maintain the social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Instagram and YouTube)
   • Create engaging content and implement social media strategies to increase audience engagement
   • Monitor social media trends and adapt our approach accordingly
2. Publicity and Communications
   • Develop and execute communication plans for the Singapore Youth Festival (SYF) and other events for our internal and external stakeholders
   • Write and edit content for various communication channels, including press releases, newsletters, and website updates
3. General Communications Support
   • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
   • Collaborate with other teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms

Requirements:

• Diploma in Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and Canva to create high-quality visual content

Content Strategy & Creation

Community Engagement

• Develop and execute initiatives to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and retention, including contests, giveaways, and influencer collaborations.
• Organize community events, both online (webinars, live streams) and offline (store events, beauty workshops), to foster direct engagement with customers.

Influencer & Brand Advocacy Program

• Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with influencers, bloggers, and brand advocates who align with Novela’s values.
• Create and manage an influencer marketing strategy to promote Novela products through partnerships and collaborations.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and community initiatives, adjusting strategies to maximize impact.

Customer Insights & Analytics

• Gather feedback from the community to understand customer preferences, pain points, and emerging trends.
• Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities for deeper engagement, new content ideas, and community growth.
• Prepare regular reports on content performance, community growth, and customer insights for the leadership team.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, and community engagement, preferably within the beauty, retail, or lifestyle industry.
• Strong ability to craft compelling narratives and create multimedia content (copywriting, visuals, videos).
• Proven track record in building and nurturing online communities through social media, events, and influencer partnerships.

Working alongside with the creatives & content marketing specialists, he/she is an independent individual who can lead integrated campaign planning end-to-end across key markets like Singapore, Australia and United States.

• Assess suitable marketing platforms that can effectively communicate creative ideas to customers
• Possess good analytical skills to incorporate audience data and customer insights into creative ideas
• Develop creative concepts and passionate in pitching ideas to internal stakeholders
