- Conduct sales presentations and meetings with prospective members.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
- Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of membership to potential members.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Participate in networking events and other promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective members.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for membership growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in membership sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferbaly Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, marketing, or related field
