• Lead the planning, deployment, and execution of commercial excellence programs across the region, focused on driving sales productivity and secured order and margin growth.

How you will do it:

• Be a business partner for VBU leaders, enabling success via driving projects and activities such as weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasting, quota design, coverage planning and leading to book execution.
• Build effective working partnerships across business and function, creating demonstrable value for the enterprise by orchestrating resources via indirect and direct leadership to execute work effectively, across functional partners such as IT, finance, field operations, learning & development, and our sales/marketing community.
• Interpret real-time data and work with sales leaders to identify improvements through the complete sales process (including but not limited to lead, account, line of business, opportunity, and pipeline management).
• Lead continuous improvement of our core commercial cadences, driving working standards and best practices across content, tools, data, process, and enablement.
• Lead continuous improvement for technology and process improvements to refine and simplify the ecosystem in which sales professionals win; particularly leveraging salesforce.com as the core CRM application.
• Lead commercial planning process including sales quota design, capacity and production planning, performance and KPI tracking.
• Lead provision of standard work and insights for commercial reviews, standardize performance dashboard/reports as part of project performance and operating rhythm.

Requirements

SALES

Content Management and Governance

• Develop and implement creative content strategy with a focus on customer-centricity. Previous experience managing omni-channel marketing campaigns and content management systems will be advantageous.
• Stay abreast of best practices on website management and provide leadership to direct reports and peers to ensure compliance to content creation, audit workflows, editorial guidelines and search engine optimisation (SEO).
• Lead the development and management of HPB’s corporate website, HPB’s content management system and related API to support its content distribution strategy.

• Guide and influence marketing peers in the development of effective, engaging and compelling communications for social media channels.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a proven track record. Significant functional experience working with the latest web and mobile development technology, content management, digital marketing, marketing analytics and delivering customer-centric & personalised experience via digital touchpoints.
