We are currently looking for suitable candidates to join our Corporate Secretarial Department as Corporate Secretarial Executive and/or Admin Assistant.

Job description:

· Responsible for full spectrum of company secretarial function.

· Assist in the incorporation of new companies and ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Singapore Companies Act and relevant laws.

· Prepare / review directors’ and shareholders’ minutes of meetings and resolutions for specific transactions, relevant statutory forms and related documents.

· Handle client acceptance and compliance, including KYC/CDD.

· Ensure proper maintenance of statutory registers, minute books, statutory documents, administrative records, updating of register etc.

· Handle all aspects of clients’ company secretarial matters.

· Perform e-filing with ACRA and e-stamping with IRAS (including other relevant authorities as required).

· Providing advice on compliance requirements and ensure compliance with the statutory reporting requirements under the Singapore Companies Act.

· Perform on-boarding and ongoing monitoring customer due diligence on the clients according to the relevant regulations.

· Liaise with clients, government bodies and other related service providers, including auditors and tax agents.

· Ensure timely billing and collection.

· Perform ad hoc secretarial/admin duties when required.

Requirements:

· ICSA / Degree / Professional Certificate / Diploma / Nitec / “A” levels or equivalent

· Min 1 year of working experience in related field is required.

· Experience in ACRA / IRAS e-filing (knowledge of XBRL filing will be an advantage)

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Words & Excel) and use of internet to perform searches.

· Able to work independently with initiative and client oriented with excellent client servicing and strong problem-solving skill.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist and manage the sales and expansion of cutting tool goods to new and existing customers;
