Job Purpose:
You will be responsible to provide technical support to the Group Insurance’s business activities such as pricing, reporting, product experience study, and product development. You will be required to work in close collaboration with multiple stakeholders (Actuarial, Marketing, Product, Distribution, Compliance and Risk etc.) and business partners.

Job Duties:
• Provide technical pricing for group insurance products using established models
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines on business acceptance, risk management and profitability
• Manage reinsurance risk within treaty limits and ensure proper facultative placements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on product development of existing or new products and ensure compliance with product approval process
• Data management for analysis and pricing.

Our Requirements:
• Degree preferably in actuarial science, statistics, mathematics or business related fields;
• 3 or more years working experience, ideally in Group Insurance pricing or relevant experience;
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
• Skilled in managing large data sets used for statistical analysis;
• In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in related areas such as product development, pricing and financial condition management;
• Meticulous, self-starter with the ability to make sound judgments and work under pressure or tight time lines;
• Strong interpersonal, articulation, communication and presentation skills;
• Skilled with PC Applications such as Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word;
• Basic programming experience is preferred (VBA - Visual Basic for Applications);
• Knowledge in statistical or business intelligence tools, such as SQL and Tableau is appreciated.

Summary

You will be working with our client who specialises in the healthcare and technology space. You will mainly be assisting in the creation of visual content, participating in brainstorming sessions, and supporting the execution of design projects from concept to completion. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, illustrator, inDesign, Acrobat Pro) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong visual design foundation (typography, layout, colour theory, digital imaging, etc)
• Ability to take direction and feedback positively and apply it to improve designs.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a creative strategic thinker.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and collaborative team player with a positive attitude
