Your Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to generate leads, prospect potatential clients, and close sales to meet revenue targets.

What Will You Do

• To identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• To build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• To conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
• To negotiate contracts and terms of sales agreements to close deals.
• To collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.

What Do We Want

Job Description

• Develop and implement marketing and operational strategies for trade and private wine sales.
• Supervise the sales team, develop sales SOPs and strategies.
• Manage the logistics department, ensure smooth procedures, and develop SOPs.
• Supervise administrative functions including financial management, human resources, and legal compliance.
• Manage overall wine sales and purchasing departments.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
• Develop sales strategy, including budget and growth planning.
• Prepare annual budget, schedule expenditures, and ensure sales team meets goals.
• Analyse market trends and competitors' activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead and motivate department managers and employees to achieve business objectives.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on business performance and strategic initiatives.
• Increase company's market share and improve marketing and profit yield.
• Be the contact person for winemakers, follow up on allocations, shipment planning, and ad-hoc communications.
• Manage wine reserves for private mailers, customer trade reserve, VIP customers.
• Assist with wine recommendations, email enquiries, marketing activities, wine events, and retail operations as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in a managerial role in the wine trading or related industry.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid understanding of financial management principles.
• Knowledge of the wine industry, including market trends and consumer preferences.

Accounts Receivable:

· Issuing Sales Invoices for completed delivery and Cash sales.

· Mail out sales invoices and submission E — Invoice for Gov. follow up collection for overdue invoices, assist customer to revise invoices/credit notes.

· Scan and save the invoice and supporting documents in share folder and Nay.

· Send out statement to customer every end of the month.

· Receive Cheque/Citi's 'PayNow'/NETS receipt and issue cash sales/service calls (around 100 cash receipts/month)

· Deposit cheque at the bank (when receive)

· Creating New Customers in Navision, getting information from Sales and OA, save the share folder.

· Preparing progress Claim for project, monitor and post necessary adjustment.

· Issue Debit Notes for recharge bill to interco and send statements by end of each month

· Credit assessment with supervisor

Accounts Payable:

· Downloading E-invoices from Vendor website and Share folder (saved by OA team).

· Verifying Vendor's invoices and supporting documents, entering in Navision.

· Save soft copy for invoices and supporting documents in Share folder and Nay.

· Creating New Vendor in Navision, getting approval.

Month ended closing / Reporting:

· Intercompany accounts Receivable / Payable balance confirmation/Reconciliation at end of the month.

· Bank reconciliations.

· Interco loan in interest schedule

. Assist for month end/year end closing

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the field of modernization within the industry.
