Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the international bunker sector, including ports, suppliers, vessel owners, charterers, and relevant regulations.
• Apply expertise in oil market dynamics and marine fuel pricing strategies, combined with knowledge of the maritime and shipping sectors.
• Craft and implement impactful marketing campaigns to showcase the company’s services, enhancing the value proposition for both new and established clients.
• Take ownership of client accounts by managing the entire sales cycle—quotation, negotiation, order confirmation, delivery coordination, and post-sale support.
• Oversee clients’ credit usage, monitor payment practices, and assist in collection processes if necessary.
• Handle conflict resolution and manage claims or disputes efficiently when disagreements arise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in similar industries
• Prior experience in the oil and gas sector is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for persuasion and idea articulation.

• Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests. Answer client questions about property facilities/services.
• Generating reports, preparing proposals, coordinating with clients & suppliers.
