The Sales Assistant Manager will assist to directs all markets including contracted,

directed or online in both corporate and retail segments. All sales activities shouldbe managed to maximise revenue for the

company. He/She is required to research and deliver strategic sales/business plans,monthly reports, annual targets, budgets, forecasts or other projects.

He/She has to analyse the competition, market trends, guest needs and

performance in order to be pro-active and adapt to a changing market landscape.

With the information, he/she is able to create new sales plans to improve eficciency of the current ones.

Responsibilities:

• Perform customers’ orders processing and arrange for shipment
• Providing sales support, pricing support as well as assisting in sales campaigns to maximize sales profitability
• Maintain good customer relationships, including going for customer visit if necessary
• Prepare weekly sales reports and managing monthly orders and sales
• Conduct market trend analysis and competitors analysis for market competitiveness
• Review on competitors’ sales operations, strategies, and proposal for improvement measures
• Responsible for invoice/ billing matters and payment follow-up
