· Establish strong strategic partnership with Distributors + Dealers, leading to the positioning of products as first choice of purchase for our end users
· Build strong relationships with the decision makers within the key accounts by building trust and a win-win long-term partnership
· Measure current sales within Channel Partners and develop action plans to increase sales revenue
· Responsible for building and implementing business proposal (business potential, contact lists, competitive analysis, value proposition and action plan, etc.)
· Manage getting the right resources & aligning priorities to support our ambitious growth plan for SE Asia & APAC region
· Engage with internal resources (e.g., Product Managers, Marketing Managers, Sourcing Managers) to identify & quantify new opportunities
· Lead challenging contract & pricing negotiation with customers
· Provide input for the annual operating plan (AOP) and the long-term business plan (LTBP)
· Competent & analytical in data to support monthly, quarterly & yearly product forecasting projections

Job Requirements :
• University degree in business administration OR marketing OR engineering
• Min. 5-7 years customer-facing outside sales experience
• Experience in managing & growing sales of products through the sales channels (distributors + dealers)
• Car driver’s license
• Provide product training/demonstration to distributors, dealers and end-users as required
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales reporting tools, MS Excel/Power Point /Sales Force/SAP BW

*Ability & flexibility for business travel around the region for 50% of the time
