Job Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting for new customers for Asia Pacific Region including but not limiting to managing all sales and marketing activities with overseas consultants, contractors, and developers.
2. Collaborates with executive leadership to develop territories, sales quotas, and strategies.
3. Identify and target key corporate clients, build strong relationships, and negotiate contracts to secure long-term partnerships.
4. Stay informed on the latest knowledge of the market, competition, and best practices and trends in sales techniques and strategies.
5. Provide regular updates to management such as sales forecasts, reports, and highlighting key performance metrics.
6. Stay up to date with advancements in security systems and tools to enhance the sales process and improve customer experience.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities (include Education, Working Experience, skill and so on):

• Min. Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/IT Technology.
• Min. 5 years of working experience in a sales management role in the security line (CCTV/Intercom/Access Control, etc).

Main duties
