Duties:

• Provide discreet support to the Sales Account Manager, promptly addressing customer and prospect inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to expand into new markets for both existing and upcoming products.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of contracts, customer agreements, quotations, proposals, opportunities, accounts, contacts, leads, and actions.
• Cultivate and nurture customer relationships to foster loyalty and allegiance while maintaining confidentiality.
• Oversee tendering websites for Singapore, including platforms like SESAMI, and hospital tendering websites, ensuring discretion.
• Keep confidential and current records of the company's profile, financial documents, and product documentation for the tendering process.
• Actively participate in training and development programs to support personal growth and continuous learning discreetly.
• Be prepared to cover vacant field territories at the manager's request while maintaining confidentiality.
• Conduct discreet follow-ups with customers regarding marketing promotions, campaigns, and open quotations, aiming to convert leads into sales.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Life Science, Biotechnology or any relevant field.
• Min 3 years of working experience in Medical industry.

Responsibilities:

• Generate strategic ideas and planning to boost sales for MASG though increase of MASG branded products, and increase numbers of UFOs and Customers

• Lead and Drive sales through plan, launch and manage sale and marketing actvities, Event amd training functions

• Lead and guide comm and marketing , event and training executive on sales and marketing that includes implementing online promotions and campaigns, marketing materials (banners, flyers, catalogues, videos, tutorials in both languages, if required), review of training materials

• Build strong relationship with distributors and work closely with them to lead, guide and motivate them on support and involve of all company program and strategy direction

• plan, launch and manage business programs to drive sales, distributor and customer

• In charge of all aspect of business sales tool and technology, in charge of organize workshop/communication channel to teach and promote usage of the tool to help distributor on sLes growth

• Provide Corp Training to distributors so they aquiries knowledge and skillset to effectively built the business

• Support special projects and other duties as assign

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in e-Commerce, Business, Digital Marketing, Merchandising, Product Marketing or related field

• At least two to three years of experience in sales, product marketing and digital marketing experience (e.g. Social Media, Online Media, Mobile, E-mail Marketing, etc).

• Candidates with more experiences may be considered as Senior position based on education level and working experience

• Strong communication and project management skills

• Possess good interpersonal skills

• Resourceful, creative and self-motivated individual

• Passionate and have good knowledge in health and nutrition product, personal care and cosmetic trends will be an added advantage.

• Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Power Point, Excel) and knowledge in HTML, Photoshop, CMS systems, Web Analytics is a plus

• Willing to take extra duties on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays to support events
