• On-site technical site installation training to be given to contractors and engineers when requested

• Weekly sales meeting on current and potential sales.

• Follow up with contractors / engineers/architects / developers on new or existing projects

• Follow up on contacts enquiries.

Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least primary/ secondary school o level , professional certificate/ NITEC / Diploma in any field

• With knowledge of the construction industry preferred

• Have good sales record

Part-Time Sales Admin Coordinator

Location: Kampong Ubi (Near Macpherson MRT)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Duration: Immediate start until end of December
Employment Type: Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales order processing - process customer sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
• Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Manage data entry and update sales records in the company database or systems.
• Excel reporting for tracking orders, inventory, and sales performance.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery schedules, and product availability.
• Provide support to the sales team with ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales order processing or a similar administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Immediate availability for part-time work till 30 December 2024.
