Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and thorough quality control
• Develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and secure projects to support company growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders, and serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and project updates
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and enhance performance
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Monitor project costs and revenues to ensure profitability, and advise on cost-effective practices
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favourable terms
• Facilitate effective communication between sales, operations, and on-site teams
• Develop and monitor KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and implement process improvements
• Ensure that all operations comply with local regulations and company policies

Job Descriptions:

• Handle sales inquiries and generate and present quotations
• Develop and execute sales strategies and marketing plans
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Prepare monthly sales reports

Job Requirements:

• Must possess a Class 3 license
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level qualification with at least 1-2 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Dynamic, self-motivated and persevering
• Possess strong analytical and problem-handling skills
• Possess very good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Demonstrates a strong sense of initiative with the ability to work independently as well as a team player.

Working days: Mon-Fri; 8.30am-6pm

Responsibilities

• To expand and maintain existing customer bases in Singapore.
• To assist and participate in workshop, exhibition, tutorial, roadshow.
• To entertain suppliers and/or customers (if needed).
• Attend to customer enquiry and provide sales services to customer. Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
• Able to achieve monthly and yearly sales target set by the Management.
• Assist in expanding current product lines.
• Assist in supporting overseas customers and/or colleagues (if needed).
• Scopes of work are not strictly binded by the above. Can be subjected to changes according to the Management.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Must be in the Electronics / Scientific / Semiconductor / Failure Analysis industry
• Candidate must be responsible, enthusiastic and enjoy meeting new challenges.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Identify customers and industries and making sales cold calls.
• Knowledge of selling scientific equipment and services will be added advantage

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Production
• Position Title: Sales Coordinator
• Working Location: Science Park II (Near MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Fri (9 am – 5.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, including orders, forecasts, and delivery status, via phone and email.
• Assist in creating sales quotations and Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
• Manage order processing and issue relevant documentation, such as Purchase Orders (P/Os) and Sales Contracts.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and forwarders on forecasts, shipments, and delivery arrangements.
• Use Navision system for generating documents like Invoices, Delivery Orders (D/Os), etc.
• Maintain stock and forecast records. Generate inventory reports and conduct stock checks biannually.
• Assist in addressing quality feedback reports related to non-conforming (NG) items with customers and suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
• Provide support and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
