• Work with Seamstress to fit customers and ensure that gowns fit them as required
• Respond to all customer emails, messages and calls in a professional and timely manner, and ensure all customer requests are properly documented and acted upon
• Handle all other administrative and operational duties as and when required

Job Requirements:

• Min 2 years of work experience in a customer service/front-end sales capacity, preferably from hospitality or other service industries

· Responsible for achieving the stipulated sales target set by company.

Job Requirements:

· Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related

· Preferred qualifications include 5 years or more of B2B software sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets. Prior sales experience in the Edutech and OA office software industry is desirable.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Must maintain high professional and technical knowledge standard.

· Fluency in English and Chinese to interactions with Mandarin-speaking clients or staff at the China branch.
