We are looking for an amazingly well-rounded CorpSec Executive to help quickly grow our business in Singapore. You will be forward-thinking, with a desire to work in a progressive, tech-assisted environment.

You must be able to prioritise your tasks and work comfortably under pressure.

Position Duties

The successful candidate will report to the Portfolio Team Manager and the Corporate Secretary Managers. You will be involved in the full-spectrum of corporate secretarial work. This includes:

• Incorporating new companies (private limited, sole proprietorship etc.)
• Transferring corporate secretary appointments for existing companies
• Preparation and drafting of statutory documents (e.g. AGM, EGM, Board Resolution, etc.)
• Other corporate or ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the Manager(s)
• Maintaining minutes books and updating records in registers
• Monitoring statutory deadlines

Performance Standards

• Diploma/Degree Holder in the fields of Business Studies/ Law/Administration/Management or equivalent
• Member of SAICSA and/or ACCA/ISCA would be a plus
• Customer centric, a passion for customer excellence
• Willing to be hands-on as and when required
• Willing to work as named secretary for our clients
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act
• Willing to train juniors
• Minimum 4-6 years of work related experience gained in reputable corporate services firms and/or in-house corporate secretarial teams
• Possessing high degree of professionalism and responsibility
• Ability to tackle challenges and meet tight deadlines
• Highly motivated, working independently, eager to learn and keen desire to contribute.
• Detailed oriented and possessing a high degree of professionalism and responsibility.
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

We are looking for an amazingly well-rounded Corporate Secretary Intern to help quickly grow our business in Singapore! This position would suit a Corporate Secretary Intern who is forward-thinking and has the desire to work in a progressive, tech-assisted environment. As Sleek offers a full digital experience to all its clients, you will be an active actor of the full digital transformational journey of the Corporate Secretary business.

You will have a passion for understanding business owners, entrepreneurs and investors and the ability to creatively articulate the problems that keep them up at night. You will be skilled in translating these deep client insights into attractive solutions, compelling calls to action, and ultimately stunning results. You should have excellent brand-building and communications skills, ideally gained in a fast-moving online start-up environment. Position Duties

The successful candidate will report to the Corporate Secretary Manager and will be responsible for the following corporate secretarial work that includes but is not limited to:

• Coordination of collection of files upon the completion of new transfer-in Companies.
• Maintaining and updating the storage inventory list and common seal inventory list.
• Coordination with the third party off-site storage provider.
• Monitoring and processing the Annual Return preview request between internal teams.
• Preparation and processing of all churn requested Companies.
• Assisting the Corporate Secretarial team with ACRA filings when required.
• Ability to manage voluminous workload without compromising on quality.
• Contributing proactively and assisting our technology development team in the further development of our company secretarial and governance software.
• Coordinating and transferring of files to the client's new provider.
• Special tasks and projects assigned from time to time.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager eg, scanning of documents.

• Tertiary Education or Diploma/Degree Holder in any field.

Secretary, Sales & Marketing

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• Perform all administrative duties
• Manage the schedule of the Commercial General Manager
• Handles all documentation to be sent to clients
• Handles all incoming telephone enquiries effectively
• Assists with Opera inputs
• Facilitating month end reports (Forecasting, P&L & Accrual Reports)
• To make sound decisions within parameters (eg. Extend late check outs, arrange VIP treatments, etc.)
• Generate reports as and when required
• Assist with any other sales support projects & duties as requested
• Maintain stationery, brochures, sales kits and all store items to an agreed par stock
• Assist other managers in the absence of other administrators
• Handle all incoming telephone enquiries in a pleasant, eager and effective manner
• Manage the inventories of all sales & marketing collateral, corporate gifts and other supplies as assigned by the Commercial General Manager
• Assist with other Sales & Marketing support projects and duties as requested
• Assist others within the Sales, Marketing, Catering/Conference Services areas as requested by the Commercial General Manager
