WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

Management and Growth (30%)

• Monitor performance dashboards and proactively manage performance, budget pacing, and campaign opportunities for all accounts.

• Measure and report channel and campaign performance against goals to stakeholders.
• Develop media plans and performance marketing strategies, providing tactical recommendations and optimizations.

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Support Executive to join our team. This role will provide advanced support to the sales team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will act as a pivotal link between various departments, manage customer inquiries, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.

What you will be doing

• Sales Support Coordination: Assist sales representatives in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations. Ensure all SOPs are updated and communicated to the relevant customers. Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

Job Purpose:

The SSM is the main interface between the Company's Customers and Suppliers including the end customer of the Partner. SSM is responsible for business expansion & execution of the suppliers' strategy. The SSM is responsible for the complete sales cycle with an aim to maximizing revenue, Net Gross Profits and Customer satisfaction by developing deep relationships with key people in the supplier organization, partners and end customers.
