I. Summary Description (purpose of the job and its overall contributions to company goals)

Provide leadership and motivation to dealer technical and service network. Manage service network for the full service and technical operation. Interact with customers and distributors to resolve issues, sponsor projects, provide technical support, and build relationships.

Support product engineering activities and technical process support management, establishing best practices, metrics and systems to efficiently track instruments status, campaign and field activities, and customer satisfaction. · Guiding dealerships on how to achieve targets i.e. Service throughout, Genuine Parts Sales, Genuine Accessory Sales, CSI, Mystery Repair, Classiche applications, Extended and Power Warranty, Ferrari Approved Certified Pre-owned units, Service retention and other KPIs related to aftersales.

· Monitoring the value and quantity of parts and accessories stocked at dealerships;

· Monitoring and analyzing the aftersales part of dealership composite report and feedback to dealerships for improvement.

· Ensure that dealership meet the requirements in the Dealership Operation Standard (DOS) and conduct auditing when visiting dealerships.

· Review CSI results relating to repair, right first time fix and quality of work and develop an action plan to improve scores.

· Ensure the correct type of special and diagnostic tools are available in the market in line with published dealer standards.

· Monitor vehicles off road and work in progress and ensure there is a timely fix escalation process in place.

· Provide support to the dealer to ensure there is a robust training plan to develop their technical staff competency (technicians and workshop controllers) and the plan is adhered to company minimum standards.

· Monitor, coach and install best practice regarding the quality and quantity of ROL submissions (Red on Line, priority technical support alert request) which feed product improvement action at HQ side.

· Conduct a review of the warranty parts scrappage process and ensure compliance with the warranty policy and procedure manual.

· Review the organization of the workshop including the workshop loading and workflow processes, the clarity of the job card work instructions and the organizational information flows. Report out and devise action plans for process issues impacting turn around and lead time for service and repair.

· Conduct random quality checks on repaired vehicles prior to customer handover to evaluate the robustness of the dealer quality control process;

· Monitor the completion rate of all field actions and ensure a dealer process to rework all vehicles exists and is applied;

· Review the quality of the Job card in relation to the information recorded by the service advisor and the technicians as part of their write-up. Provide the necessary level of coaching to improve the quality where necessary;

· Provide support to the Technical Manager by understanding the current number of open and aged cases. Liaise with the HQ ROL team to provide support and assistance where necessary to reach case resolution. Act as the escalation point for ROL to overcome issues with dealer/importer aged case process;

· Provide support the dealers in the management of specific customer complaints as and when required.

· Promote high quality and adequate quantity market information to manufacture for quality improvement and quick market solutions to fulfil requirements. Appropriate handling on safety related issue by providing vehicle investigation, reporting investigation result to manufacture and/or involved authorities.

· Provide support at the race track in case of Challenge series and or other Ferrari driving events

III. Qualifications (Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Required

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, International Trade or other related field;

· 5-8 years working experience in an international work environment, with luxury and/or auto industry experience; preference for experience gained abroad

Aftermarket Sales Manager-Singapore Location

The Aftermarket Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for business development & sales initiatives for Bell’s entire aftermarket portfolio within their assigned region. The Job In a Nutshell

The Team & Programmes Manager (TPM) drives innovation, crafting class schedules tailored to meet local client needs. By building a skilled teaching team, curating classes, and analyzing data, the TPM ensures dynamic, trend-aligned offerings. They oversee teacher development, from hiring to advanced training, enhancing teaching quality. Working with the Community Manager and Business Operations Manager, they maximize class capacity and refine schedules. The TPM also supports YM’s growth abroad, designing training programs and maintaining quality. Collaborating with the Academy and Training Manager, their ultimate goal is to build Asia’s top teaching team.

Responsibilities

• Monthly Themes & Specialty Offerings: Develop and implement monthly themes, workshops, popups and Level ups that align with trends in the fitness and wellness industry, holidays, or community interests, encouraging client engagement and participation.
• New Class Types: Ideate and propose to the ATM to introduce innovative class formats, styles, or programs that align with current fitness trends and the brands identity, appealing to both new and existing clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively promote new class offerings and changes to the schedule, ensuring that clients are informed and excited about upcoming opportunities.
• Community Engagement Initiatives: Create opportunities for community-building within classes, such as challenges, themed classes, or social events that encourage client interaction and retention. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance their yoga experience, while staying informed about industry trends to adapt offerings and ensure the studio remains competitive and relevant.
• New Market Support- supporting YM's teaching team and offering as we expand into new markets. Assisting with onboarding , training planning and implementation and quality control virtually and overseas.
• Class Schedule Development: Design and implement a dynamic class schedule that aligns with the needs of clients and the strengths of teachers, ensuring a balanced variety of classes throughout the week, catered to the location. Ensure the schedule is filled and the teaching team are available.
• Data-Driven Adjustments: Analyse class attendance and performance data (from CMS and ClassPass) to identify trends and patterns, making data-informed adjustments to the schedule as necessary to optimize class utilization. Work closely with other TPMs and Community Managers (CMs) to coordinate schedules and offerings, ensuring alignment with broader studio goals and fostering a cohesive team environment.
• Feedback Integration: Gather and incorporate feedback from clients, mentors and teachers regarding class times, types, and formats to enhance the overall scheduling process and address client preferences.
• Regular Schedule Reviews: Conduct periodic reviews of the class schedule to ensure it remains relevant and effective, making proactive adjustments based on attendance patterns and teacher availability.
• Team Meetings: Conduct monthly ideation meetings with the team on schedule and optimization, and discuss studio performance and client experience.
• Hiring: The TPM will assess the specific manpower requirements for their areas, ensuring alignment with the studio's goals. They will be responsible for reviewing submission videos, conducting mock classes, and onboarding successful candidates to maintain a high standard of teaching. The TPM will assign appropriate mentors to new hires and support them in attending classes to enhance their integration into the team, providing them with guidance and support to mentors within their area, ensuring a cohesive approach to teacher development.
• Training Needs Assessment: Regularly evaluate the training needs of the teaching team based on class ratings, mentor feedback, and personal observations from attending classes. Strive to maintain consistently high class ratings on CMS and ClassPass by encouraging quality instruction and a positive client experience. They will also liaise with the Academy & Training Manager (ATM) other TPMs to coordinate internal training sessions for the annual calendar, ensuring comprehensive development opportunities ensuring all the teachers are up-to-date on all classes and training sessions in their areas.
• Development: Mentor and identify experienced teachers within the team to lead training sessions, creating opportunities for knowledge sharing and fostering professional growth. Actively seek out potential mentors for the mentorship program to establish a robust support network that enhances the development of all teachers.
• Brand Standards Compliance: Ensure that the teaching team consistently meets brand standards in class delivery, professionalism, and interaction with clients and colleagues. This includes punctuality and effective management of medical and annual leave.
• Comprehensive Reviews: Conduct three-month and annual performance reviews for teachers within the team, with mentors assisting their mentees in the three-month review process in coordination with the TPM. Collaborate with HR to address any performance or behaviour concerns, ensuring a thorough and fair review process based on client and colleague feedback.
• Engagement & community building: Maintain regular contact with each teacher by being present at the studios and attending classes weekly to foster a supportive environment. Build strong working relationships with all members of the assigned team to ensure open communication and collaboration. Organize frequent fam flows and regularly acknowledge and celebrate milestones and achievements to cultivate a positive team culture.
• Teaching: Maintaining your own teaching skills and connection to the clients on a ground level. Teaching 8-10 class per week. The TPM may occasionally be required to cover classes beyond their assigned hours.
