Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales calls and sales servicing of assigned accounts
• Increase sales revenue via online sales queries channel
• Manage leads that comes in via the company online booking platforms
• Manage online sales queries by following up with these queries in accordance to SLA (includes preparing, presenting proposal and contracting with clients)
• Conversion of online leads to contracts in both NetSuite and Cognito Forms
• Attend site visits, pre-conference planning meetings, and appropriate venue meetings as necessary to support the customer event experience
• Effectively prepare and present quotes and proposal to clients

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in any related field
