• Perform process design for chemical plants, storage terminals, industrial waste facilities in basic design, FEED and detailed engineering stage.
• Responsible for developing process engineering deliverables including PFD, P&ID, calculation reports, heat and mass balance, system descriptions, line list, simulation model, utility consumption list, process control philosophy, etc in accordance with project requirement and applicable codes/standard.
• To carry out process calculations such as hydraulic calculation, surge analysis, heat transfer calculation, pressure relief and blowdown analysis, utility consumption calculation, equipment sizing, etc.
• Develop firefighting design philosophy, fire water/foam demand calculation and fire water/foam network hydraulic simulation as per local regulation and international code/standard.
• Develop design basis and UFD for utility supply system and wastewater handling system.
• To participate in design review, Process Hazard Analysis, SIL Studies, 3D Modeling review and prepare close-out reports when required.
• Work closely and co-ordinate with other engineering disciplines for preparation of process deliverables and provide process parameter input as required.
• Provide regular update to Lead Process Engineer, Process Manager and Engineering manager on process related technical and engineering issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma and Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical,Process Engineering or equivalent
• Team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience in oil & gas/petrochemical/water treatment /chemical plants

The Gates and Barriers Technician is a high level of responsibility, to work in the field to deliver client services and assist Department Supervisor with all vehicular gates/barriers, barrier control systems, and etc.

- Performs gates and barrier doors installation and services as required for inspecting, cleaning, lubricating and performing preventive maintenance and repairs.

- Verifies that all gates and barriers are operational.

- Gates & Barriers Technicians should have knowledge and expertise in troubleshooting, technical procedures, safety and installation of new electrical devices.

- Submitting reports to Supervisor, Senior Field Engineer or OM Manager on a scheduled basis.

- Reports any problems to Supervisor, Senior Field Engineer, or OM.

- Performs scheduled inspections.

Requirement:

A minimum Professional Certificate/ NiTEC/ Diploma in Engineering

• Maintain the facilities with routine checks on electrical, air-conditioning systems, compressed air and chilled-water systems.
• Contact and work with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair in order to keep the building in daily operational state.
• Supervise vendors during renovation in order to ensure a smooth transition to new areas.
• Maintain good housekeeping in AHU and switch room to maintain cleanliness of equipment and site.

Sales operation management

• Handle sales queries and discuss customer's requirements with the sales manager.
• Prepare quotations based on customers' needs/requests.
• Supports senior-level managers.
• Issue PO to supplier.
• Coordinate and liaise with suppliers and forwarders on delivery schedules.
• Arrange shipment / check shipping document when order is confirmed.
• Issue DO, update inventory listing.
• Maintain a healthy level of buffer stock and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Issue sales invoices when goods are delivered.

Account & admin

• Follow up payment with the customer when overdue.
• Prepare & submit managers' monthly expense claims.
• Arrange fund transfer to HQ / supplier.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• A bachelor’s degree in business admin/ sales / marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to multi-task. Superior interpersonal skills are required to work with the sales manager, suppliers, and forwarder.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of cables & wire is a plus.
• Work with sales team and report to HQ in Korea. Proficiency in Korean is essential.
• Can speak, write, read, and understand Korean is a must.
