*Requirements:*
1. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment, with a strong preference for experience with Caterpillar, Hino, Isuzu, Komatsu, Cummins, and Volvo engines.
2. Interest and familiarity with a wide range of heavy construction equipment, including excavators, dozers, wheel loaders, generators, compressors, and cranes.
3. Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, enabling effective interaction with diverse teams and customers.
4. Positive attitude, resilience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service under challenging conditions.
5. Mechanical or electrical aptitude with a focus on heavy construction equipment, demonstrating expertise in one or both areas.
6. Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record, allowing for the operation of commercial vehicles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Updating monthly & quarterly data files for shipment, freight, BO and other necessary data (including internal analyses, dealer inventory list, etc.)
• Uploading NPI prices and updating T/P & L/P for all brands in the Intranet & Mapics system
• Improving internal price uploading processes through coordination with IT and PMG teams
• Uploading sales campaign and promotion data, Customer & AR related data into the Mapics system as requested
• Updating Dealer Portal access forms from dealers

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales admin or sales support experience maintaining and updating data
• Minimum a Diploma in Business, Management, or the equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Basic proficiency in ERP systems namely, Mapics, SAP or Oracle.
