The Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales of products/ systems/ services to assigned customers in accordance with strategy
• Identify opportunities within assigned customer base and execute sales strategies to promote extended sales coverage including cross-selling
• Sell products/ systems/ services to customers, focusing on volume, and profitability targets
• Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs
• Promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering and align to provide solutions
• Ensure efficient sales activities and value proposition to customers
• Ensure appropriate technical and commercial aspects of offers
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
• Ensure follow up of all opportunities and provide regular update in sales opportunities
• Coordinate with HQ to ensure compliance with customer requirements

The Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering
• Possess ideally 3- 5 years of Industrial Sales experience
• Good interpersonal, skills, presentation, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Positive attitude, self-driven, pro-active & highly motivated
• Able to work patiently and meticulously with minimum supervision
• Confident team player
• Experience in Electric Motors/ Drives, Substation is an added advantage
