Job Responsibilities

• Prepare corporate documents, including Directors’ Resolutions and other relevant documentation, for clients.
• Update and maintain clients’ company registers to ensure compliance with the Singapore Companies Act.
• Manage and maintain the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore corporate enactments, statutory reporting, and filing requirements.
• Monitor statutory deadlines and provide timely advice on corporate secretarial matters.
• Collaborate with the accounting team, management, and clients to ensure seamless operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• A minimum Diploma in Accountancy or professional qualification recognized under the Singapore Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (SAICSA) is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage priorities with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and clients effectively.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate self-motivation, and contribute as a proactive team player.
• Relevant experience in professional firms will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.

Language Proficiency

• Proficiency in written and spoken English is required to handle documentation and client communication.
• Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous to liaise with clients who may prefer communication in other languages but is not a strict requirement.

Accounting and Reporting:

1. Review, ensure timely and accurate reporting of Malaysia entities accounts (including audit schedules, sales report, monthly analysis, budget etc.)

2. Assist to perform group and entities’ monthly closing into HQ Chinese Reporting system and ad-hoc accounting reports.

3. Assist to meet the Group Chinese Reporting requirements and deadlines.

4. Assist in performing Annual Budget for Group and Entities.

5. Assist in performing Year-End Closing for Group and Entities.

6. Assist to complete the minor reports required by HQ China.

7. Assist day-to-day operation accounting as and when assigned.

8. Assist the superior in ad-hoc reporting tasks as and when assigned.

Treasury Matters:

1. Assist the Group Corporate Treasury functions on daily basis.

2. Preparation of Group monthly Treasury report and HQ Chinese Reporting treasury report.

3. Preparation of weekly cash balance report.

4. Preparation of monthly cashflow forecast for the Group and Entities.

5. Assist Treasury System (Si Ku) matters as and when necessary.

6. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Accounting or equivalent.

2. Able to read and write report in Chinese for reporting to HQ is a must.

3. Possessing financial audit experience in an audit firm is an advantage.

4. Experience in treasury and reporting function is an advantage.

5. Analytical skills in the development of data-driven reports are a plus.

6. Demonstrate ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
