We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Sales Support. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales team by handling billing, activation processes, and providing administrative assistance. The ideal candidate should be organized, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Administrative/Sales Support:

· Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and file management

· Maintain organized and up-to-date records of the pricing book, customer information, and sales transactions

· Handle administrative duties for the company's executives and management teams

· Work closely with the sales team to provide necessary support for ongoing projects and sales initiatives

Customer Interaction:

· Communicate with customers to obtain supporting documentation, such as monthly PO requests, for completing billing and invoicing

· Collaborate with the sales team as needed to address customer requests and ensure customer satisfaction

· Support any activation-related requests, including close collaboration with various vendors

Billing and Invoicing:

· Generate and process accurate and timely invoices for clients

· Collaborate with the team to address any billing discrepancies or inquiries from clients

Qualifications:

· Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of working experience in a related field is a plus

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily sales activities, including cold calling, scheduling client appointments, preparing presentation materials and proposals, and presenting to potential customers.
• Develop and execute strategies by analyzing current market trends and needs.
• Generate new leads and secure new sales opportunities to boost sales revenue and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with partners and cross-departmental teams to provide pricing details and technical support to customers.
• Ensure accuracy in sales reports for record-keeping and management reporting.
• Perform pre-ITQ and RFQ groundwork duties, including tender/bidding and negotiation to close deals.
• Maintain strong support and relationships with existing and new customers, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends by attending product training sessions and keeping up with the latest developments.

Requirements:

• Prefer minimum 1-2 years of work experience in Business-to-Business sales or in Business development role (IT field will be an advantage).
• Diploma / Degree holder in related field (Sales or Information Technology).
• IT Product Knowledge. Knowledge or experience in HP / Lenovo SMB sales or IT solutions and consultancy will be an added advantage.
• Proven good sales track record in related fields.
• Excellent communicator with good presentation skills.
