Responsibilities
• Be a Brand ambassador and at all times portray a professional and customer-oriented image
• Establish long term relationship with customer base through offering impeccable customer care and providing them with a memorable shopping experience while achieving sales target
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable to build rapport with customers on site and off site.
• Provide feedback on customer complaints to the Retail Operations Manager, if any.
• Discuss problems encountered with Store Manager and/or Retail Operation Manger
• Ensure customer complaints (service-related) are resolved in a diplomatic and effective manner
• Maintain and manage merchandise displays and inventory
• Perform and abide to all Operational Procedures
Requirements
• Motivated team player with cheerful disposition and strong desire to achieve
• Possess good communication skills and be sales driven
• Comfortable to work in fast paced environment
• Must be able to work retail hours, public holidays and weekends)
• GCE ‘O’ level and above
• Ability to converse in English and additional language would be an advantage
• At least 1 year of working experience in related field is required
• Prior experience in luxury ready to wear and shoes environment is an advantage
