WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have:

· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Science or related discipline

• Five plus years of sales experience preferably in a large-scale pharmaceutical company and selling into GP/hospitals
• Three plus years of experience in people management
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of know-how in the market

What you will do

• Negotiation and drafting of LNG and Gas & Power documentation – including bespoke LNG and Gas & Power trading agreements, transportation and storage agreements, structured transactions under framework agreements (SPA, EFET, etc.), power purchase agreements and emissions agreements.

• Assisting on contentious LNG and Gas & Power matters.

• Reviewing and agreeing confidentiality agreements, term sheets, and pre-contractual and bid documentation.

• Monitoring and remaining ahead of changes in applicable laws and regulations impacting on the LNG and Gas & Power trading business.

• Providing Front Office and Operations with legal support on an ad-hoc basis.

• Proactive assistance with the development of Trading legal capability, e.g. developing standard form documentation.

• Work closely with Operations, other support functions and colleagues in the Legal team.
