Job Responsibilities

Account Management

• Accountable for the Key Account sales performance in line with agreed and annual sales budget and performance.
• Accountable for developing and maintaining effective working relationship with account at HQ Level.
• Liaise with Key Account’s buyers for updates, promotional activation, and periodic reviews.
• Plan, execute, evaluate promotion with objective of optimising cost, sales, and volume effectiveness.
• Manage the promotion spend within the budgeted funds.
• Prepare, plan, monitor and manage promotion calendar activities and trade expenses in line with business, brand strategy.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Production, Logistics, Purchasing team etc) to resolve supply chain, customer service and marketing issues etc related to retailer’s activities.

Sales Operation Management

• Manage and guide the Sales Executive in managing the Sales Team operational effectiveness.
• Ensure that Sales Executive provide updates on promotions activation and display guides in the stores with sales team through monthly internal Sales meeting together.
• Conduct monthly meeting with sales team to provide updates on forward promotional activities and related matters.
• Product/Promotion Submission.
• Responsible for product promotion proposal submission, negotiation, and execution.

Requirements:

• Familiar with fundamental marketing theories and practices, with knowledge of both online and offline promotional strategies and methods.
• Candidates with experience in event planning, execution, and vendor management will be given priority.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Strong data analysis skills, with familiarity in tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics dashboards.

• Familiarity with the Singapore F&B market and industry networks is preferred.

Working Location: Sixth Avenue

Working Hrs: 5 days per week; 9:00 - 18:00

Responsibilities:

• Peform order taking, enquiries, quotation, order entry and coordinating with departments.
• Attend to customers' complaints and ensure they are properly and efficiently addressed.
• Collate and present information based on customers' feedback to superior for review and rectification.
• Ensure standard procedure are observed and carry out any ad-hoc assignments.
• Ensure all tasks assigned are handled safely confirming to the HSA and other safety regulations
• Create Invoices for all sales order supplied.
• Co-ordinate and ensure all delivery orders issued are being signed and returned for invoicing.
• Prepare DO including sorting machining job sheets & to match cutting instructions
• Prepare export shipment document, follow up shipping document for GST compliance.

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ level and above
• Computer literacy, Good interpersonal skills, good communication, organization and follow-up.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Prior SAP experience will have added advantage.
