This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional to define and lead our marketing strategy, shape the brand's future, and drive growth in Singapore and Southeast Asia and beyond.
Role Overview
As the Marketing Manager, you will establish and oversee the company’s marketing function, driving strategic planning and execution to elevate brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and support revenue growth. This role demands an experienced leader with a strong regional marketing background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to develop integrated marketing solutions that align with business objectives.
You will lead all marketing efforts, including strategy, communications, digital marketing, partnerships, and public relations, while optimising our online and offline presence to ensure a cohesive brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives to drive brand growth and customer acquisition.
- Audit the company’s existing marketing and digital ecosystem, identifying gaps and opportunities to create a future-focused, integrated framework that supports the next phase of growth.
- Lead regional marketing initiatives to expand the company’s presence across Southeast Asia and other key markets.
- Provide strategic counsel to the leadership team on marketing trends, opportunities, and innovations.
Brand Management & Communications
- Build and maintain a compelling brand narrative that reflects the company’s values and vision.
- Oversee the creation of high-impact, multi-channel campaigns to promote auctions and enhance the company’s reputation.
- Drive the development of public relations strategies, fostering relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at events and industry forums.
Digital Transformation & Customer Engagement
- Optimise and manage the company’s digital platforms, including the website and social media channels, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Lead the development of content strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Leverage analytics to understand customer behaviour, track campaign performance, and refine strategies to maximise ROI.
Partnerships & Collaborative Growth
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with complementary businesses, organisations, and industry leaders to amplify brand exposure.
- Facilitate collaborations with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and influencers to strengthen the company’s presence in the art, antiques, luxury and lifestyle space.
Leadership & Team Development
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing collective, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and high-quality deliverables.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Advanced qualifications (e.g., MBA) are a plus.
Professional Experience
- 8–12 years of marketing experience, ideally with a blend of in-house and agency backgrounds.
- Strong track record of leading regional or international marketing initiatives in Southeast Asia or global markets.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling marketing strategies for growth-oriented businesses.

- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate business goals into effective marketing plans.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including website optimisation, social media strategy, and analytics.
