This project focuses on driving sales growth for the company's technical solutions within the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. The aim is to bridge the gap between technical expertise and sales acumen, ensuring customers receive the most suitable solutions while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Key Components:

• Research on the APAC market landscape, including industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
• Identify key market segments and develop targeted sales strategies for each.
• Monitor market changes and adapt the sales approach accordingly.
• Develop customized proposals that demonstrate the value proposition of solutions.
• Oversee the sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
• Translate technical information into clear and concise language for customers with varying technical backgrounds.
• Develop and implement effective sales training programs to enhance the team's technical and sales skills.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales environment.
• Develop and implement a system for tracking sales activities and progress towards goals.
• Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement in the sales strategy.
• Report sales performance to regional and/or global sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential new customers while maintaining relationships with existing key accounts.
• Prepare and provide quotations for project tenders and offer technical support to agents.
• Participate in site meetings, provide after-sales service support, and ensure follow-up.
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a NITEC or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with established contacts among contractors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, results-driven, and highly initiative.
• Must possess own transport.
