Job Description

• Conduct in-depth vertical and horizontal analysis of Financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow)
• Develop and manage comprehensive financial and operational performance reporting and dashboards
• Identify trends and patterns in the data, translating them into compelling narratives and recommendations for leadership and clients to facilitate better decision-making.
• Monitor market trends, industry landscape to provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Business teams, Data teams to ensure data alignment and accuracy in building insightful dashboards and reports
• Simplify complex business data and ratios into understandable and actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels
• Maintain SSOT for optimal data quality and accessibility

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in business intelligence, financial analysis, or a similar role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Quick Sight, Advanced Excel, Google Sheets
• Prior experience in languages like DAX, SQL, Python will be an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Responsibilities

• To perform the duties set and strive to manage assigned brands management independently
• In-charge of all product issues (customers and consumers queries) for assigned brands (Diapers, Feminine care and Adult care)
• Working closely with assigned brand owners to achieve set sales targets and marketing objectives
