Role Summary

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst:

• To beef up the supply chain financing solutions team with Business Analyst to work on projects and application support of Connexis Supply Chain (Front Office & Back Office Application) global releases.
• To work with Product Managers and Operation users from all the regions (APAC/EMEA/AMERICAS) on the requirements gathering, impact analysis and functional specifications for the enhancements and issues reported in production. CSC Business Analyst is also responsible to define the test scope of SIT, UAT, and NRT and validating test outcomes with the users and testers.

Main Responsibilities

• To ensure the business/operational objectives of the new business requirements are well defined.
• Performing systematic business analysis.
• Validating business requirements to align with business/operations needs as well as IT architecture and security standards.
• Designing functional solutions & user workflows and documenting Functional Specifications.
• To walkthrough requirement and proposed solutions to all stakeholders and get it reviewed and signoff.
• To develop SIT/UAT/NRT scope and approach. To guide Testing team in writing test scenarios/cases and review to get signoff from stakeholders.
• To rationalize test cases when needed to match with available resources and target timeline.
• To validate SIT test results produced by testing team to signoff.
• To assist users in planning/executing UAT, analyzing defects, and defining defects priority for fix delivery by development team.
• Documenting/reviewing user manuals and release notes as required.
• Assist in providing tactical/strategic solutions for new client requirements.
• Assist in the conversion/migration exercise where necessary.
• For production defects, perform functional analysis and propose solutions.
• Ensure Bank compliance policies and CIB ITO APAC standards/practices are strictly followed.
• To participate in technical design reviews and contribute to improve overall solution offered.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
• At least 5–8 years of total experience with last 2–3 years as IT Business Analyst, preferable in the domain of Trade Financing or supply chain Financing / Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable.
• Knowledge in Agile and Waterfall SDLC mix project delivery environment with large number of stakeholders and users involved.
• Strong functional & business analysis skills with ability to communicate and bridge between business/operations & IT.
• Good functional experience in Supply chain/Trade Finance/Electronic invoicing applications is preferred.
• Good team player with great commitment and attitude.

• The Parts Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the parts team and ensuring the smooth operation of the parts sales process by providing administrative assistance, coordinating parts sales activities, and delivering excellent customer service.
• Respond promptly to all incoming enquiries (via phone, WhatsApp, fax, email, or walk-in), prepare quotations for customers, and follow up accordingly.
• Input customer orders into our internal system or online portal, ensuring accurate processing according to customer specifications and ensuring timely delivery of all orders.
• Manage administrative tasks related to sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, and other documents accurately and promptly using our internal system.
• Coordinate with colleagues, suppliers, and customers to schedule deliveries and shipments.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to address customer queries and organize deliveries efficiently.
• Handle export procedures, including preparing customer documents according to freight shipment requirements and coordinating with shipping agents.
• Follow up on customer payments, including outstanding balances, and update the account/finance team.
• Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and provide after-sales support when required.
• Ensure hardcopy documents are handed over to the accounting department and maintain proper filing.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager and management team.

Job Requirements:

• GCE O Level / Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in sales administration or familiarity with billing duties would be advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, including strong written communication abilities.
• Strong self-discipline and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and responsibilities, and proactive in approach.
• Positive work attitude and willingness to learn.

The Role:

We are looking for a Jewellery Sales Executive. You will be working directly with the customers, providing them product knowledge and effectively selling both the brand and product. You will be required to share brand history, product knowledge and the highest level of customer service with all potential customers.

Responsibilities:

As a sales executive it is key that you build long term relationships with customers. You are expected to familiarize yourself with the products so as to easily recommend based on the customer’s needs and preferences. You will have to work hand in hand with your sales team and boutique manager to achieve sales targets. You will also be required to perform cashiering duties and follow-up with customers on after sales services. Your duties will include negotiating and closing high value sale and handling any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year retail sales experience required for junior position, prior experience in luxury jewellery/watch is preferred
• Basic I.T. skills are necessary, knowledge of MS Excel and Word
• Able to commit to retail hours including weekends and public holidays

The Client Accounting – Corporate Senior Executive will work closely with and assist the Client Accounting – Corporate Manager in all Client Accounting business efforts within the Company, including the implementation of new software and ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently handle a portfolio of Singapore private limited companies' clients for routine bookkeeping, payroll processing, GST, Corporate Tax and XBRL filing and meet ACRA and IRAS filing deadlines.
• Assist clients in preparing their monthly, quarterly, or annual management accounts.
• Responsible for preparing Unaudited Financial Statements (UFS) for the clients following Singapore FRS (Financial Reporting Standards).
• Assist clients with the preparation of quarterly GST returns, annual tax computations, and Form C or Form C-S and Appendices for submission to the IRAS.
• Liaise with and advise clients on on-going company's bookkeeping, payroll related, ACRA and IRAS related matters.
• Assist the Managers to guide and/or review Executives’ work in handling day to day business outsourcing services.
• Support the Managers in the transition of the accounting, GST, Corporate Tax transfer records from the take-over business and on boarding of new clients.
• Assist the Managers to implement new software, improve SOP, workflows and processes and ensure the team comply with relevant statutory acts and filing deadlines.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, local Polytechnic, ACCA, or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, corporate tax, GST & XBRL in a Singapore outsourced accounting firm, compensation will commensurate with your experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, ACRA, MOM, CPF and relevant tax rules, procedures and guidelines.
• Technology savvy, excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication and analytical skills.
• Resilient and able to work independently to organize and prioritize work with minimal supervision.
• Experienced Audit executives/supervisors/team leads who are currently working in Singapore Audit Firms are also welcome.

The following is a plus:

• Can start work immediately
• Experience in managing client relationships, demonstrate interpersonal skills when interacting with internal and external clients.
• Experience in preparing consolidation using Excel and preparing year-end draft statutory company or group financial statements with notes to the accounts.
