Job Responsibilities:

• Work with both R&D and Operation Managers to kick off improvement projects that aims at cost reduction, yield improvement, Human Resource Management (work along with HR), etc.
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles and best practices to drive process improvements across all production lines
• Develop Production standard procedure or Work Instructions and align these documents with quality management systems requirements
• Prepare and conduct training for Operation teams to ensure up-to-date compliances are practiced consistently
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
• Collaborate with the R&D team to introduce new technologies and innovations to our manufacturing process
• Report monthly CI & other assigned KPI performance
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, with minimum 1 year working experience in manufacturing environment
