What you will do

Our lab is focused on leveraging new technologies to better study microbial populations and their impact on human health. We?re now focusing on new methods to obtain a comprehensive catalogue of complete genomes at the strain level from metagenomic samples, which can be further leveraged for comparative genomic analysis.
